Your Visibility Isn’t About Being Seen. It’s About Seeing Yourself.
Dear Soulful Seeker,
The hustle is real. It is no wonder you chose to pursue this way of being visible, everyone is at it. You don’t have to be an influencer with a huge following to buy into the belief that constantly producing and constantly being “on” is how you become visible, not just to the people you are uniquely here to serve, but to everyone.
The thing is, it all starts out really well, you are fired up, you have a message to share and you are excited to get it out into the world and bring those towards you who you would love to work with. After a while though, it starts to feel heavy and more like a chore, your visibility actions become “shoulds” rather than inspired and aligned ones.
You begin to feel trapped by the cage you have built around you.
This happens to more people than you know, because they don’t admit it.
There is no such thing as “one size fits all”, this has proven time and time again by the fashion industry and so it is no different when it comes to visibility strategies and actions. Modern visibility advice is to be consistent, and what that essentially ends up translating to is “you must constantly produce and put stuff out into the world to be seen.”
For someone like you who needs space to integrate and rest, this is a recipe for burnout, time and time again.
And so, why do you keep gong back to what harms you? Because the message is “work harder” and so you convince yourself you just didn’t work hard enough the time before, so off you go again to prove that you can work harder and produce more and that will bring you the result you seek: visibility, being seen.
Sometimes the most effective prisons we build are for ourselves. But you hold the key.
The key to unlocking a foundation for a successful, abundant business - and life - is strategic rest, not relentless action.
I speak from personal experience, this is how I approach my own visibility and in turn, how I choose to build my business and live. I live by the principle “The Sacred Pause” because I tried it the other way and I burnt out, all the time. This has been a long journey and I am still walking the path, still learning, still growing. I have had to acknowledge and accept that without the intervention of Science and Medicine I am a cyclical being and I cannot work in the same way others who embrace the masculine energy of the current paradigm do.
Perhaps this is you? Whether you have a menstrual cycle or not, perhaps you too prefer to follow a cyclical rhythm but you have been convinced that your natural, intuitive state is not the way to be successfully visible nor the way to build a successful, abundant business?
Your burnout, your exhaustion is not a sign of weakness, it is a signal that you need another way to do this.
I know because I have been there and the biggest lesson I learned was that true power comes from stillness and energetic preservation.
Will you pause and listen to the messages your body is giving you?
I firmly believe that I do not have all the answers you seek and that my role is to be your guide on this journey, because what I have learned is that we all need someone who understands us and rather than providing unsolicited advice, can simply hold space for us as we figure things out for ourselves.
I am not here to teach Marketing to you, there are so many teachers out there - one might say an abundance of them - I am the guide that holds the lantern out in front of you as you walk your own path to inner knowing, I hold the space for you as you find your own unique path to successful visibility and an abundant business.
I don’t teach Marketing because that encourages you to look outside of yourself for the answers, for the reasons why you are not as visible as you would like to be, it encourages you to seek external validation, that if you just follow this method or that way then you will receive approval through visibility.
But I know that true visibility comes from within.
If any of this resonates with you, the feeling of being trapped by the wrong rules, the exhaustion from hustle culture, or the deep knowing that there has to be another way, perhaps this is your invitation.
Your Soulful Rebirth always begins when you turn your back on what no longer serves you.
I say it again, your burnout is not a sign of weakness; it's a signal that your old compass is pointing you in the wrong direction.
The new paradigm of abundance is not tied to doing more; it is a peaceful, outward expansion that flows directly from your emotional wisdom and inner knowing.
It is time to build a new one.
With an abundance of spirit,
Katie xxx
